Thanks for purchasing from Fambon Pty Ltd, trading as SpinBoothPro. This is return and refund policy (the “Policy”) of Fambon Pty Ltd, trading as SpinBoothPro and may also be referred to as “We” “Our” or “Us” in this Policy and customer, clients, purchaser or users may also be referred to as “You” or “Your” in this Policy. This Policy forms a part of terms and condition and must be read in connection with such terms. We have the right to amend this policy at any time and without advance notification to our users, customers, or purchasers. As a result, we strongly advise you to read, understand, and check these policies before accessing our services or purchasing any item/product from us. YOU HEREBY DECLARE THAT YOU HAVE READ ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS
RETURN & REFUND POLICY AND AGREE WITH THEM IN FULL
Our policy lasts 14 days after delivery of item. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging and unopened.
We will refund your money minus shipping fees and the 30% re-stocking fee plus you will have to pay for the return shipping.
PLEASE DO NOT SHIP A RETURN WITHOUT CONFIRMING WITH US FIRST. Do not ship it back to the address showing in the parcel. Rejecting a parcel will not be returned to our warehouse

Items that are non-refundable:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
All products have a 1 year mechanical manufacturers warranty, if any part fails we will work with you to resolve any issues.
If a part fails, please reach out to our support team on our contact page so we can help you try to fix the issue.
Your warranty does not include damage incurred due to improper or negligent personal use. You should have separate product insurance to cover for these type of damages.
The warranty covers mechanical issues and failures only
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. This will be equivalent to the amount you paid less the 30% re-stocking fee
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@SpinBoothPro.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
