Shipping
1. How do you ship, and what is the price? - We normally ship via DHL to customers in the USA. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders
2. Where do you ship from? - Our awesome SpinBoothPro 360 Photo Booths are custom made and shipped out direct from one of our International distribution centers. We do this to ensure the quality is 100% perfect for you
3. How long will my order take to be delivered? - custom made production process usually takes 5 business days after which shipping will take place. Shipping usually takes 5-7 business days to get to you.
4. How can I track my order? - We will send you the tracking code to the email that you used when placing your orders. This email will also guide you how to track your package. You can also visit this link to track your order
5. When will my tracking information appear? - Once we email your tracking number, the delivery company usually take 3-4 business days to update the status at their end. Please don't worry though, your 360 Photo Booth is definitely on it's way to you

1. How can I pay for my order? - We use Shopify & PayPal to safely process credit card payments (one of the safest payment option online). All prices are listed in US Dollar

Do I Get A Warranty?
All products have a 1 year mechanical manufacturers warranty, if any part fails we will work with you to resolve any issues.
If a part fails, please reach out to our support team on our contact page so we can help you try to fix the issue.
Your warranty does not include damage incurred due to improper or negligent use at events. If an event attendee damages the Photo Booth, the warranty does not apply. You should have separate business insurance to cover for these type of damages.
The warranty covers mechanical issues and failures only
